Same-day cancellations and no-shows create gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled. 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee. Same-day cancellation or no-show: A 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply — regardless of service type. ✨ Extensions & Specialty Services All extension and specialty service appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your total. If cancelled within 48 hours or missed, the deposit will be forfeited, and additional fees may apply. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and stylists.
