Meet Chrissy✨ Our natural hair stylist is very energetic, sweet, and genuinely loves connecting with guests. With a passion for hair that’s grown strong over the past 8 years, she brings both creativity and care to every style she creates. She’s known for her friendly conversations, positive energy, and ability to make every guest feel comfortable and welcomed in her chair. She is OSHA certified as well as CPR certified, prioritizing safety, professionalism, and a clean work environment at all times. Outside of the salon, she’s also a basketball player, which reflects her discipline, teamwork, and driven mindset—qualities she brings into her work every day. Destinee brings passion, discipline, and natural talent to Velvet Crown Salon. With a lifelong love for cosmetology, she taught herself how to braid at a young age, developing her skills through dedication, creativity, and hands on practice long before entering the professional space. Before stepping into the beauty industry, Destinee spent 8 years playing softball and 3 years playing volleyball. Through sports, she built resilience, teamwork, leadership, and a strong work ethic that now defines her approach behind the chair. She is OSHA certified and prioritizes sanitation, safety, and healthy hair in every service. Currently offering braiding services while completing her licensing process, Destinee is committed to continuous growth and professional excellence. Her outgoing personality and warm energy create a welcoming experience for every guest. She believes beauty is about confidence and self expression, and she takes pride in helping each guest feel empowered and elevated when they leave her chair.

Faith is a reflection of Velvet Crown Salon’s mother–daughter legacy, thoughtfully learning the foundations of the beauty industry under the guidance of owner Tasha. An honor student, dedicated cheerleader, and basketball player, she brings discipline, grace, and positive energy into the salon environment. As a junior salon assistant, Faith maintains an immaculate space, and helps ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
